AU AIGA

Branding, Social Media, Collateral, Creative DirectionCommunity is the thing that keeps us going. Building an AIGA chapter at Anderson University is intended to create greater community among design majors. Durning our senior year we were asked to launch an AIGA chapter at AU and become co-presidents. Launching the chapter required us to work with designers across every cohort to create a unifed system.
We worked within existing AIGA assets (a rainbow of colors and Interstate as a typeface) while introducing elements that compliment the design program at AU.
The final system now lives in a Figma file that all of AU AIGA leadership has access to. Although our time at AU has come to an end, we cannot wait to see all that AIGA does. Our hope is that we left behind a community of designers who are equipped and empowered to make moves towards a brighter, more inclusive tomorrow.
